You can reduce the premium you pay on your policy by selecting a higher excess option for your building and/or contents.
Available excess amounts are listed below:
Residential Home Package
Selected Excess Options available for building and contents: $0*, $100, $200, $300, $500, $750, $1,000, $2,000, $5,000
* $0 excess option is only available for customers aged 50 years old and over.
Please note, you will only have to pay the excess if you ever need to make a claim.
Investment Home Package

If you have a monitored back-to-base security system or local burglar alarm you will receive up to an additional 12.5% discount off your contents base premium on a Residential Home Package. This discount cannot be added retrospectively and will apply from the date advised. This discount, when available to you, is in addition to any other discount or promotions offered.
