Residential Home Package
Special limit items are contents items which have a limit on the amount we will pay, unless you choose to insure for a higher amount. You will need to list the item and the amount you want to insure it for. The item will then be listed on your policy schedule. It will be called a specified contents item. For more details on special limit items, please see page 29 of the PDS.

If your contents includes expensive items of an unusual nature or jewellery, you should obtain the services of a qualified valuer.

Specified contents items are not covered for accidental loss or damage or for any loss outside your property. For a more complete cover for your personal items of value, you should consider Personal Valuables cover. Contact us to find out more.

For a more complete cover for your personal items of value in the building or when you take them away from your building, or accidental loss of items within your building, we recommend you consider insuring these items under Personal Valuables cover. Contact us to find out more.
